Some days your van needs full air conditioning. Other times, fresh air is enough. This rooftop system delivers 10,000 BTU of cooling and switches to built-in ventilation up to 350 CFM, keeping your rig comfortable without a separate roof vent fan.
Van conversions often need both air conditioning and fresh-air ventilation, but roof space is limited. This rooftop system combines 48V DC air conditioning with integrated ventilation for vans up to 22 feet long, delivering up to 350 CFM of airflow in exhaust mode without adding a separate roof vent fan. When the AC isn't needed, fresh air is only a mode change away.
Midday heat and cool evenings rarely call for the same approach. Switch between internal air recirculation for cooling and exhaust mode when fresh air makes more sense, then use the adjustable air deflector to send airflow where you want it. Dual brushless fans increase airflow while reducing operating noise, with ECO mode at 55 dB and Boost mode at 65 dB, so the cabin stays comfortable without the constant drone of many rooftop air conditioners.
Getting a rooftop air conditioner installed starts with having the right parts on hand. This complete system includes the air conditioner, mounting brackets, sealing gasket, mounting hardware, interior trim panel, remote control, a 15-foot wiring harness with an in-line fuse, and the user manual. Sealant is required for van installations or other uneven roof surfaces and is sold separately, while flat RV roofs do not require additional sealant.
